Sunday Class

Dear Yogis,

I will be teaching an extended class this Sunday July 12 from 9:30am to noon. It will be the same format: hour yin, hour flow, half-hour meditation. $30 or two hearts on your class card.

Summer Schdeule

Dear Yogis,

Tomorrow, Monday June 22 will be the last Monday 5:30pm class until the end of the summer.

All other classes will continue as usual.

I will let you know about a few Sundays; and if you have any requests, don't hesitate to ask.
