Sunday Class, December 20 9:30-12:00

I will be teaching an extended class on Sunday, December 20th from 9:30-12:00. The focus will
be on an unhurried practice honoring one of the shortest days of light in one of the fullest times of the year. Come, slow down and nourish yourself. $30 or two hearts on your class card
